After Botox, can your face freeze into a weird position?

As much as we’d like to say yes, those threats that your mother used as a child were true, that is not the case. Botox induces muscular relaxation, not contraction. However, overuse can render your forehead relatively expressionless. And if injected into the wrong spots, it can prevent you from smiling.

Can breast implants freeze if they get too cold?

The technical answer to that question is yes, silicone breast implants can in fact freeze if it gets too cold. However, the freezing point of silicone is -67 degrees Fahrenheit (-55 degrees Celsius). In order for breast implants to get that cold in a persons body, well… they’d be dead before that ever happened. In a nut shell, you have nothing to worry about with regards to breast implants freezing.

Unless a very tight pocket is made for the implant, like a hand-in-glove, the implant can change positions in a loose pocket.

Although there are some rare reports of migration of neuromodulators like Botox, these treatments are generally safe and effective if done properly by trained providers. As always, it is important to do your homework before choosing your medical provider for various treatments or procedures. You want to make sure they are board certified in the relevant specialty.
