Over this past weekend, I had the privilege of attending the 32nd Annual Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons Atlanta Breast Surgery Symposium. The symposium included live surgeries and didactics presented by outstanding leaders in breast surgery from across the world. Topics included reconstruction of the radiated mastectomy with fat grafting, oncoplastic reconstruction of the breast following lumpectomy, and refinements in augmentation mastopexy techniques with the new asked FDA-approved form stable implants and fat grafting.
